    How do I book an appointment?
    There are 
    multiple ways you can book your appointment with us.

    2. Send us a message on Facebook messenger, Instagram direct or the chat located on the right bottom corner of the website.

    I want to buy a bra, but I don't know if it'll fit me. What do I do?
    We believe in the true bra experience and that's why we offer in-person and online free fittings to help you understand your body and what works best for you. Book your appointment and let us help you. 

    Is there parking?
    Yes. There is parking on the east side of our building closer to the Edmonton Trial exit! 

    How do I measure myself?
    At BraTopia, we find the most accurate fitting is when you can come instore and have one of our Fit Experts measure and fit you. However, if you are unable to come in for any reason our Fit Experts would be happy to book an online fitting with you to walk through the process of self-measuring (Or having someone at home measure you) and help you find the best pieces for you through our online store.

    What is your exchange policy?
    Due to the intimate nature of our products, the following items may be exchanged in-store within 7 days of purchase. All items must be exchanged in unwashed, unworn condition, with no scents, marks or signs of wear, with original tags still in place: Bras, swim, tops, swim cover-ups, robes, PJ sets.

    All other items, including Strapless Bras, Nursing Bras, items with a crotch, sealed packaging, or Special Orders are FINAL SALE. Shipping fees are non-refundable

    Any product mishandled or not properly cared for in accordance with the BraTopia Care Card will be considered Final Sale. All of our products are hand wash only. Gift cards are non-refundable. All discounted product are FINAL SALE. 

    Can I give you my card info and just pick it up?
    No. We do not accept any payments through phone or email. All payments must be made in store or through our secure online payment portal. This is to protect your payment information.

    Wednesday: 11 am - 6 pm
    Thursday: 11 am - 7 pm
    Friday: 11 am - 7 pm
    Saturday: 11 am - 6 pm
    Sunday: 11 am - 5 pm

    What sizes do you carry?
    We have a wide selection of sizes: 28-46 for Band Sizes and A-K for cup sizes. We carry lingerie and panties in sizes XS – 4X. And we carry swimwear in specialty sizes that are similar to our bra and panties sizes.

    How much do your bras and lingerie cost?
    We carry a beautiful collection of bras, lingerie, and more in a range of prices to accommodate your budget.

    I purchased a bra and that bra went into sale the next day. Can I take advantage of the sale?
    No price adjustments. Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise.
