When Your Body Is No Longer Yours...

Have you ever questioned whether your fingers actually belong to you? We are almost 100% sure that most of you would say "no" just because you would never ask yourself such a question. However, 'body ownership' is something people take for granted often.

Most of us experience an inner self inside our biological body, which is difficult to be shaken, but the oddity occurs when the experience of self vs body goes away. The conflict between how our real physical body looks and how we perceive it can fully hit the wall; you no longer perceive it as part of yourself.

Today we would like to bring this shocking example. There are some preconceived notions of women with big breasts in some parts of the world.
    1. Big-breasted women are considered less intelligent.
    2. Big-breasted women always want to highlight their body shapes to be sexually attractive.

For such wrongful misconceptions, some of those big-breasted women often want to cover themselves up to avoid getting dirty looks or criticism. One of our employees' moms always tells her friends that she is a B cup (and she is actually an E cup) just because she doesn't want to be considered stupid.

Not just for the breast sizes, we often disown and don't accept our bodies blaming their shapes, colours, stretch marks, etc. We encourage all of you to identify the things you like about yourself. Ask yourself why you feel that way about your body and try to think about the positive things instead of the negative things. And be honest... you are the one who usually criticizes yourself and tries to fix your body. Stop trying to fix your body because it was never broken.
